A family-owned, biodynamic and organic winery we pride ourselves on high quality, holistic viticulture practices for the wines we produce. Our wines are made from hand-picked grapes, from vines that produce low yields of intensely flavoured fruit. The grapes are crushed and pressed in our straw bale winery. The juice then goes through a wild yeast fermentation giving the wines an individual quality. The reds are open vat fermented and basket pressed to mature in a variety of oak barrels for up to 2 years before being bottled.
