ROSE 2016 (Grenache) – 12 bottles in a case

Blend: 100% Grenache

Aroma: Fresh and lifted red berry fruits of raspberry and strawberry.

Palate: Light bodied with crisp acidity and savoury fruits of fig and quince.

Winemaking Notes: The grapes were handpicked, crushed and left on skins for 6 hours before pressing to stainless steel where natural fermentation occurred. Kept in stainless steel for 9months, then racks off its gross lees, sulfured and bottled. No fining filtration was used.
