Tasting Notes: Savoury red fruit, dried herbs, earth and spice. A medium bodied wine with supple elegant tannins.

Vineyard: Nyrang Creek, Canowindra. N.S.W

Soil: Volcanic derived brown loam over clay.

Winemaking Notes:

• A barrel selection of the best parcels of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvedre from the 2017 vintage

• Blended after 12 months and left to mature for a further 9 months in French oak barrels.

• Bottled with a light filtration.

This wine did not see any fining.
